Colour Disclaimer:
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different on different monitors to the real life garment
Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise
Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all computers, I do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of the actual product
In most cases the colours online will look the same for most people if it’s a white, black etc, but some colours may vary slightly due to dye lot changes in the material and differerent fabric suppliers and I cannot be held responsible for these differences
Note: Just because products have the same colour name that does not mean they are the same exact colour
Also do not mistake the colour name to be what you may think that colour should be. For Example, just because a colour may have the name Purple, does not mean it will necessarily look like what most people would consider being a Purple colour
By completing your purchase at the checkout screen you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to these terms. Differences in colours are not classed as the item being faulty and therefore cannot be used as a reason for return or refund
Returns:
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. If for any reason you are not happy with the item you may cancel and return the item to me in it's original packaging within 14 days from the date of goods received, as long as you pay the postage to return the item(s)*
*(Please note I cannot accept returns on custom/bespoke orders unless the goods are faulty. This includes all made to order items such as collars, coats, leads)
Please obtain and keep a proof of postage of returns. I would advise to send the goods on a signed for or tracked service. If the items are not received I will not be able to refund. Once the goods are received and are confirmed to be as new (not worn/damaged/used) then a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods (not including postage costs)
