Here at Izzy & Finn's I am still open and working as usual. All the website turnaround times stated on each listing are still being adhered to so please refer to those when placing your order
Please be advised some Royal Mail depots may still be experiencing delays due to staff shortages so please bear this in mind when ordering as I am unable to track or chase orders once they have been posted. Your order will arrive eventually
I have added a DHL Courier option to the postage settings and this should be a next day delivery service once the order has been collected (this does not mean your order will be made and posted the day after the order has been placed, this is just for delivery only and does not expedite the specified order turnaround times for made to order items)
UK Shipments
I offer delivery via Royal Mail or DHL - You can select this options from the dropdown menu in the postage section when placing your order
Postage is calculated automatically
All Royal Mail UK shipments are sent via Signed For services, they are not fully tracked and updates will only be shown when a delivery attempt has been made
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an emailing containing your reference number which can be used on the Royal Mail website for updates
European Shipments
I have now reopened all of my European shipments. Please be aware that there may still be some delays with customs. Overseas shipments are always sent on a fully trackable service, so you can track your item at all times
Due to the new Brexit regulations, all overseas shipments, including Europe, may be subject to customs duties & tax charges. These charges are the full responsibility of the customer to pay
